Technical and non-technical skill training – We provide over 160+ technical and non-technical courses like MSC-IT, CCTV technician, motor driving, welding etc for qualification ranging from 5th standard drop out to graduate.
Training partners- We have partnered with 37 training partners- NGO’s and CSR Teams of Corporates like Godrej and Boyce, ICICI Foundation, Asian Paints, L&T, Save the Children India, and 25 accredited partners of National skill development corporation (NSDC) for skilling across 50 training centers all over Mumbai.
2000+ scholarships for skilling courses have been disbursed under Omkar Foundation in last 36 months, consisting of women and youth.

These classes are run in the SRA buildings itself to encourage more women to participate
We have extended our reach to Tribal areas as well where women spend maximum time cooking, collecting wood and water. Omkar foundation distributed 500+ Smokeless Eco Chulas in 5 tribal settlements around Mumbai - Aarey, Dindoshi, Kharghar - which empowers these women by freeing up their time.

This innovative technology works on three levels:
Eco Friendly initiatives like rain water harvesting, sewage treatment plants installed in Slum Rehabs- Mumbai
Waste segregation and water saving at HO, Slum Rehab, Operation CLEAN & Green Parel (BMC F South ward, is being implemented with the Municipal Corporation, the Rotary Clubs and the Corporator.
Distribution of Smokeless Eco-Chulas to tribal women – 500+ Smokeless Eco chulas collected and distributed by Omkar employees in tribal areas around Mumbai to replace the inefficient mud chulas.
